Project bikes are just too much fun.
The hard work in assembly and detail always pays off on Sunday rides.

We'll update these projects and add more as we go.

Victorian Interclub Road Racing Champion 2009

Our Service Manager and sometime road racer Rob Jenner has won the Victorian Interclub Road Racing Series for 2009 in the Supermono class. The final round at Broadford was soaking wet but Rob's unassailable points lead over all 5 rounds meant even after he piked out and didn't ride, he was still clear enough on points to win the title.

  DUCATI 998 SUPERBIKE

This bike came to us as a written off street bike. The frame was snapped through at the shock mount and there wasn't much left of the bodywork, radiators or fuel-injection.

We've now rebuilt it to SUPERBIKE specs and it will see out the rest of its life racing in that class and doing trackdays.

  EFI Diagnostics and tuning

Motorcycle Service Centre offers full E.F.I. diagnostic capabilities for ALL motorcycles. Using the lastest specification REFLEX equipment to diagnose and tune electronic fuel injection and diagnose ABS and cruise control faults on ALL Japanese, European and American motorcycles.

  MV Agusta F4 Brutale

These MV 750's are a real weapon in standard trim, so here's one we race-kitted.

Red Racing sent us out the ARROW titanium MotoGP style exhaust, EPROM and intake kit. The throttle bodies and T.P.S. adjustments were a little less than accurate though which is fairly normal for a production bike. It's not too difficult to reset these however and it makes a huge difference to the power delivery.

The Brutale is a very versatile bike which will commute, stunt or race with ease.

MV Agusta F4R 1000 at Isle of Man TT '07
MV Agusta is a legendary name in racing history. Our Service Manager Rob was asked to take part in their return to racing at the Isle of Man TT after 35 years. Check out the gallery for photos and our home page for the full story.

  Ducati 851- 944

WORLD Famous horse trainer David Simons commissioned Motorcycle Service Centre to rebuild his rather tired Ducati 851.

We're looking at 916 top-end with 900SuperSport crankshaft to give a final displacement of 944cc.

Lightened and polished internals should free up some ponies, with a repaint and re-wire to finish.

More horse-power Dave?

Mad Manx. A deceptive Bonneville 900

Tony bought his tidy '01 Triumph down from Melbourne for a big-bore and some headwork.

I wish I had a dollar for every person who walked into the shop and commented on the nice old Norton.
